You may be having trouble deleting clients in My-dox, because they are associated with an active project or recurring profile. You will get the following error message :


You will need to go to your list of recurring profiles AND/OR your list of projects and make appropriate changes first.

1. Recurring profiles needs to be STOPPED ot DELETED before you can delete a client associated with them
2. Projects needs to be UNASSIGNED from that client or DELETED before you can delete a client associated with them.
