Why are my invoices/recurring profiles showing old client informa...

Let's say that you updated your client's details, and some existing invoices/recurring profiles did not reflect the change. For example :

  1.  You have client named Atanas
  2.  You make invoice #000004 for Atanas
  3. A week later you change the client's name to Petar
  4. Invoice #000004 still says Atanas, not Petar
This is actually expected behaviour. My-dox does not update information on invoices unless you choose to do so. To make the new information appeар on invoices, you just need to "refresh" the client so that it displays the new information.
  • Go to the "edit" invoice page
  • Select different client from the menu
  • Re-select the original client
  • This will update the invoice so that the most recent information will be on it.
NOTE : If you change a client's details and they have active recurring profiles associated with them, you will be prompted with the option to update the recurring profile.
