Document encryption becomes with a unique key (certificate) that you "lock" (defend) the documents / files, so only you and recipients of documents / files can see them. But in order for recipients of files / documents to decrypt the file they must have the key of your certificate. For this reason, the program of My-dox will automatically create a special certificate to encrypt these documents / files, or you can choose from existing certificates.
