By selecting Inventory from the Main menu, you will open Sub Store (1) / current page / and Vehicles and Fixed assets (2), Reports on inventory (3), Add item (4), Purchase order(5)

Below him, on the right edge, you'll see the Add button (6), which can also add a new product / service.
Here you will see all your products you have added. And to add new or edit existing ones.
Upon visiting the page, you'll see a List of recent 10 products that have added. To see all products Click here (12) to load. But keep in mind that if you have added too many products can you slow down the System.
If you need only certain products can perform a Search (11) by entering criteria for what you are looking for. When found in 30 products matching your search criteria will appear.
So you can also sort the list Provider (10.a) or Expenses (10.b). And to sort them by Objects(8) (click the name of the object to see the catalog only for it) or Categories (7) (Click on All from the popup window, filter by category).
(To use the follow buttons, you must have at least one selected item.
To select a product, highlight the field (13) situated in front of his name in the list. To select all products from the list, click on the field (13.a). You will appear in and the name of the product and the barcode (13.b), Quantity (13.c), Object, which is the product / service (13.d) and Supplier / Customer price (13.e))
You can perform the following actions with your existing products:

Key Transfer (9.a) - if you have multiple sites, you can transfer them from one object to another.
If you want to order new copies of a product use Buy Button (9.b) .
Use button Create and print order (9.c) to print order (Create Document)
or Delete Button (9.d) , if you want to remove a products from the Inventory.

At the end of the line for each Stock / Service you will see 4 button . Without first button, which vary by product and operation, the other buttons are:
- Data transfer (15.a) - Here you can also transfer your product to another object.
- Info (15.b) - If you want to see detailed information about the product / service, use this button.
- Row(15.c) - to edit this information, use this button.

The first Button can be Barcode (14.a) , if you have not added Barcode to any stock / service. To add a Barcode to a stock/ service (or more), select 'regulations product / s click of a button. In the window that opens, enter the barcode you want to add and press OK. Confirm Barcode and instructions will be added to the products you choose.

If you did, button will be Publish (14.c), thus, will enable the product to be displayed in Your Shop (e-store). Once you have published (made Published), can hide it out of sight in Shop (ie. do it Unpublished), by clicking on the button Unpubl (14.b). These two actions are working on all products with the same barcode.
