If you want to print a document, but there is text on the header and footer that you do not need, you can remove it in a very easy way. On the left there is a menu options , select More settings. You'll see following:

- Simplification of page
- Upper and lower continuum
- Duplicate
- Background graphics

Uncheck the Header and Footer continuum and press Print.
