How To Add A Credit Note?
Credit note can be added in several ways.
After logging into your My-dox Profile, from the home screen on the top menu, select Documents (1). From the page that opens, select Add Document (2). Assistant will start to fill in the documents (). If it does not launch automatically and you want to use it, press the Help button () located between Adding document and Calculator. Follow the wizard and complete / select the appropriate fields and use the Next button - Back to navigate wizard.
To add the document to the last step, select the Add button, and if you want to view before adding, select View. If you do not want to use wizard filing and alone to fill in all fields close it (). From the window that appears, select Document type Credit (3).
The same page will open and if after selecting Counterparties (1) from the popup menu below, select Add counterparty and check it Supplier
