Upon clicking the Help button will open the My-dox Help.
Responses are categorized into five groups: HELP INFORMATION, FAQs, CONTRACT SERVICES FIRST STEPS Glossary (1).
If you wish, you can look for answers to Your questions by typing it into the Search box (2).
After choosing a Theme (3) from one category to the right will open up the issues contained therein (4):
Select questions (5) whose response you want to find out. To the right you will get the answer. If you wish to read the full details, click on Read more in Help Center (6.a). To go back, use the Back Button (6.b).
If you are looking for information on a specific issue through the Search box (2) when entering a keyword (phrase) in the field(), you will see how polarize a response reduced, leaving only those relating to your question.
