How do I change my email address and email signature?
If you’d like to change your email addresses, there are one place where your email is saved, and can be updated: Your Company Profile and your Signature.
Your Company Profile email changes your Reply-To address. This is the email address that appears on all emails Мy-dox sends to your client on your behalf. Emails originally come from support@my-dox.com, but we put your reply-to address on it so all responses go to you, not to us.
To update your Company Profile email, follow these steps:
- Go to Account (top corner)
- On the Account Overview sub-tab, you can edit the email address
- Click Save.
To change your signature, you can do these steps :
- Go to Documents menu and choose document
- From the actions menu, choose how to sign it - manually or digitally
You'll see there that your email is cnahged when you change it in your account overview.
