How do I upgrade, downgrade or delete my account
Before you try upgrading, downgrading ot deleting your account, ensure that you are logged as administrator of the account
New My-dox User
If you are on a trial plan with My-dox and want to upgrade your account
- Go to the main menu
- Click on your Account tab
- Click one of the PayPal cards in Billing Statement menu
Existing My-dox User
If you look to make any adjustements to your current plan, you can add or remove any extras
- Click on your Account tab
- Click on one of the PayPal cards in Billing Statemen menu
Downgrading an account
if you are looking to downgrade to a lower plan, you'll need to ensure you've reduced the number of active and archive clients in your account first before downgrading.
- View first you ideal plan before downgrading
- Go to users tab and check the names next to the clients you wish to delete. Ensure you have also checked your archive clients if you have any
- Click on Delete button
- Click on Account tab again
- Choose your new plan
Deleting your account
While we are sad to see you go, we know that My-dox is not for everyone. We have made a process for deleting your accont for free as possible
- Click on Accout tab
- Click Delete button to delete your account
