The difference between salary, hourly rate and daily report

The salary is the monthly payment, on the work done by the employee during the given month.
The hourly rate of January 2015 is 2.38 during normal working hours 8 hours and 5 days a week, 390 lv. salary (minimum wage).
Wage earnings are the money, the employee earns for one 8-hour day.
