From here you will have a quick access to useful tools, like a database access and you will have an option to search in it.



As to your projects and TODO list and notes. Clicking on button More, will show more Projects / Tasks or / and on the Add button to add a new project / or task /.
Also, you can add other things (like new documents, contractors and others.) by clicking on the Add button.



In the resulting screen, select what you want to add. To proceed to the site, click on Continue.
