How your clients will see a document, sent from you to them

When you decide to send a document to your client, you actually gave him an access to documents, assigned to him. When the document is received to the client's maibox, he'll see a link with an access to the document. When the client open the link, he will be switched to this page :



In the page, the client could see projects, pictures and files, only if he is assigned to them. When clicking on assigned to him documents par example, from the menu, located right, he could perform actions on them, like copying them, sending them to their partners/clients, printing them, giving them categories and etc.
