How to invite an accountant

If you want to invite an accountant, who will have access to newly invoices, employees, etc., you can choose one of the following two options : From the main menu, you can choose the option Invite accountant.



You will open a new winow, where you must enter the accountat's email.



After you enter the accountant's mail, click on Invite.

The difference between the two methods is that here you muse enter the information about the accountant in the field next to Invite.

No matter which of the two options are much easier for you, your accountant will receinve an email from you and also an invitation to use the site and access to your invoices, employees and etc.

When the accountant opens the mail from you, he must click on Accept invitation.


After the invitation is accepted, your accountant will open a new window, where he must enter and use his own password and then to confirm it, so he can have an access to your documents.
