I want to re-use an invoice for a new client. Can I duplicate/copy invoices?

In My-dox, it’s easy to use old invoices as templates for new ones. You can copy any invoice and send it to a new client.

It makes your life easier. If you invoice all your clients in the same way, you can just create one first invoice and copy it every time you make a new one.

Here’s how:



1) Go go the “Invoices” tab
2) In your list of invoices, check the box next to the invoice # you want to duplicate/copy
3) Hit “Create copy of this document or save as another type of document”

After doing this, a new invoice will be created and you can choose a new client and make any edits that you feel are necessary.
