How to change the language of a client

While our interface is not only available in English, you can send Invoices and Documents in the following languages:

  • English
  • Italian
  • Russian
  • Bulgarian
To change the language of a Client:

  • Go to the Partners tab
  • Click edit beside the Client


  • There are 4 flags below the Notes. One of the buttons will say English by default.
  • From the drop-down, select the desired language
  • Click the Update button.

You can do this from the big Add button or Employees tab, where the steps will be similar.

Your Client’s Invoices or Documents will be in that language from now on. Note that when you go to create/edit an Invoice or Document for that Client, you’ll still see everything in the defaulted language.

However, when you view the actual Invoice or Document itself, it will all be in the selected language.
